11 Year Old Suspended For Bringing Leaves To School
An 11 year old in Virginia was suspended for being found with crumpled leaves, that was believed to be marijuana, and a lighter in his backpack. He was suspended for 364 days and taken to juvenile court. However, after 3 tests, the leaves were found to be ..just leaves, not pot. Charges were dropped but he just now was allowed back in school, 6 months after the fact. His parents say that he has suffered major psychological damage and are suing the school.
