We FINALLY Know the Answer to the Pineapple Incident from HIMYM
The notorious pineapple incident has become one of the most well-known storylines from the now complete CBS show How I Met Your Mother. And while the finale upset more than it's share of viewers, the fact that the pineapple appears in the very first season, and Ted (the narrator version) promises to explain the real story seems equally as annoying.
Fortunately, the folks from HIMYM decided to make one thing right with fans, and in a deleted scene found from the recent release of the show's final season on DVD and BluRay, we learn the answer.
