'Who Framed Roger Rabbit' Star Dead At 71

Actor Bob Hoskins, known best for his work Who Framed Roger Rabbit, The Long Good Friday, and Mona Lisa died Tuesday from pneumonia complications. He was 71.

Hoskins last acted in the 2012 film Snow White and the Huntsmen. A doctor diagnosed him with Parkinsons Disease that same year.

Hoskins' family released the following statement:

"We are devastated by the loss of our beloved Bob," the statement said. "Bob died peacefully at hospital last night surrounded by family, following a bout of pneumonia. We ask that you respect our privacy during this time and thank you for your messages of love and support."
